Now, my big secret really isn’t so much a secret as Gallup let the cat-out-of-the-bag years ago when they shared their findings that those who have a best friend at work are seven times as likely to be engaged in their jobs, are better at engaging customers, produce high-quality work and have a greater sense of well-being… Come on - - be honest with yourself…. don’t you want some of that?
