Psst.. Hey there!

I have a secret! I have discovered how to love my job!!

Want to know how I did it? I have a best friend at work! Yes, Yes I do.

Now, my big secret really isn’t so much a secret as Gallup let the cat-out-of-the-bag years ago when they shared their findings that those who have a best friend at work are seven times as likely to be engaged in their jobs, are better at engaging customers, produce high-quality work and have a greater sense of well-being… Come on - - be honest with yourself…. don’t you want some of that?

She’s also the founder and CEO of SkyeTeam, a boutique leadership development that has supported more than 15,000 leaders from 20 countries and on 4 continents to achieve outstanding results by improving the effectiveness of their leadership in teams.

I truly enjoyed knowing more about Morag and how she enjoys playing the bassoon. I particularly loved her statement that soft skills enable us all to achieve hard goals.  Now for this week’s segment of..
